Our client is a specialist Social Housing refurbishment main contractor and has 2 temporary long-term contracts for Resident Liaison Officers working on Decent Homes scheme in the Nottingham area. You will need to have direct past experience in a Tenant Liaison role and be able to manage yourself, the property portfolio and tenants in coordination with the Customer Care Manager and also Site Management. You will be required to have your own transport and be fully conversant with all TLO duties, roles and responsibilities. A valid CSCS card will also be required (but can be acquired upon securing a role) and you should be within easy reach of the Nottingham area. Although the roles are temporary, they are long term and with the potential to convert to a permanent contract in 2010.
