French Speaking Trading Floor Team PA

A French speaking trading floor PA is required for a top hedge fund company based in the heart of the West End of London.

Your role will include:

• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Travel arrangements and itineraries, flights, visas and accommodation
• Organising personal events for trading PA
• Administration tasks including personal administration , dealing with household staff and budgets.

We are looking for French speaking trading floor PA's who have supported a team. It is essential that you have dealt with extensive diary management and you have worked on the trading floor. You must be proactive and have a can do attitude.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
