Job Purpose
- Act as the direct line Manager on a daily basis to the Front of House team.
- Performance manage the Front of House team to develop their skills
- Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times when meeting and greeting.
- Support members achieving their ?real life' fitness goals
- Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention by delivering high quality service and standards.
- Ensure profit targets are met by maximising all revenue opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Have proven customer service and people management experience.
- Customer service focused.
- Team player
- Effective communicator
- Motivated, professional, enthusiastic and friendly

- Basic salary £13k - £16k.
