A dynamic, busy, city centre Sales & Marketing Company in Manchester requires an outgoing, enthusiastic Administrator who is willing to be trained to assist the Managing Director in an energetic sales environment. The role will include Recruitment, Payroll, General Administration and Reception duties.

Location: Manchester
Salary: £12-14K dependant on experience

The ideal Administrator must have:

A fun and outgoing personality
•Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
•Great organisational skills
•Ability to deal with a varied role
•Have an eye for detail and accuracy
•Ability to work within a team

The Administrator role involves:

•General reception duties – Meet and greet appointments
•Managing recruitment enquiries via phone and email
•Assisting in placing advertisements
•Organising contracts with new starters using the company contracts template
•Various associated administration tasks
•Data entry and sales processing
