Part qualified or experienced accountant is required for this rapidly growing financial services organisation. Working as a Fund accountant in an existing team you will be responsible for managing the increased financial control and reporting requirements of the business. To make a success of this role you will need to be a forward thinking professional with an eye for detail and a passion to succeed. Ideally you will be part qualified ACCA or ACA with fund accounting experience or have experience of working in accountancy practice and looking for a move into industry.
Duties to include:
Production of Annual and Interim Reports and Financial Statements in a timely and accurate manner
Implementation of agreed improvements to the current procedures
Respond to all queries in a timely and accurate manner
Reporting any breaches in an accurate and timely manner
To support departmental manager initiatives;
Contribute to projects undertaken to enhance system functionality;
To keep abreast of changes in Regulations and industry practices
Salary up to £22k depending on experience and qualifications + excellent benefits
