Our Client, the Fund Services arm of a global financial institution is looking for a Fund Controller, Real Estate to join their London offices. With blue chip clients and assets under administration that run into the billion dollar mark this is an exciting company who are at the forefront of Real Estate and Private Equity Fund Administration. They are looking for a highly intelligent individual to come on board who will be responsible for overseeing and producing the various financial reports required by each individual client and fund. You will be expected to liaise with various internal and external teams in order to produce the client's fund accounts and will therefore be articulate in both the written and verbal word. Due to a recent restructuring there is an opportunity to get involved in the implementation of new systems and process. Previous experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting is not essential but would assist in the candidates' integration into the team. Knowledge of a known property management system such as APB, MRI, or Yardi would also be advantageous.
