- Provide leadership to team members and act as the first escalation point for issues
- Responsible for staff development, training and performance management for the City team.
- Responsibility, accountability and oversight of the end to end Funds process, identifying and closing any areas of risk, and implementing control initiatives where necessary.
- Monitoring Funds settlement with funds supermarket providers, transfer agents and hedge fund managers. Review and resolve any failing trades.
- Analysis and oversight of end of day control procedures, reporting any aged Funds transactions that still require booking or are currently failing settlement.

- StrongFunds Management Experience in a Middle and/or Back Office environment.
- Practical experience of all stages of the funds trade lifecycle.
- Experience of strict adherence to control procedures within the funds environment.
- Experience of funds dealing and funds settlement.
- Previous hedge fund experience.
- Experience of operational liaison with funds supermarket providers and transfer agents.
- Proven team leader within the funds environment.
