This is a challenging role with real potential to grow within a rapidly expanding organisation.
Working as part of the Technical Advisory Team, you will be expected to take responsibility for providing technical advice to customers, both internal and external on all aspects of the use of all products pre, during and post manufacture.
You will be responsible for:
·Maintenance of the Company’s Technical database
·Production of technical reports and advisory documents
·The regular communication of technical information to internal and external customers
·Using technical information and drawings to ensure that technical information supplied results can be applied to current Building Regulations and Standards
·Actively contributing to the continuous improvement process and the ongoing development of a Total Quality Management Culture
Of Graduate calibre (ideally in a Scientific / Architectural or Engineering related degree), you will be from a process background (Scientific / technical / construction / engineering), ideally in the glass processing, glazing, curtain walling or building industry. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to interpret technical drawings and data as well as possess knowledge of relevant building regulations, British and European standards.
An excellent communicator with ideally sound customer service and support experience, you will be able to communicate at all levels.
