Facilitate continuous improvements and production efficiency.

JOB FUNCTION: GRADUATE PROCESS ENGINEER / PRODUCTION ENGINEER:
*Manage the development of robust, repeatable, production processes.
*Improve production efficiency through 5s, SMED and Lean Manufacturing principles.
*Provide data analysis to monitor efficiency improvement activities.
*Provide technical support where required in the investigation of quality issues.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: GRADUATE PROCESS ENGINEER:
Understanding of Production Packaging Processes and Industrial Processes.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen
Knowledge of Quality standards
Degree qualified in Engineering
