Our client is an established managing agent overseeing prestigious blocks and estates throughout the UK. They manage iconic estates comprising of flats, houses, gardens and facilities including swimming pools and gyms.
They require a mobile Caretaker to work as part of a team of two from a van to cover basic site maintenance and gardening duties over various high end estates.
These sites are very high end and as such have very high expectant and demanding residents.
As an experienced caretaker you will be expected to have carry out the following: -
·Grass cutting
·Basic knowledge of plants and the difference to weeds
·Weeding and pruning
·Litter picking and bin store tidiness
·General communal area cleaning
·Facility testing (Pools, Jacuzzis etc)
·Other general grounds keeping duties
Suffice to say, the successful Caretakers will be of smart appearance, have excellent spoken English, be polite, health & safety aware and a can do attitude. They will be used to dealing with very demanding residents who pay a premium for living in a prestigious development with top class facilities.
Caretakers MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO REMAIN AND WORK IN THE UK PERMANENTLY and be able to provide full, reference checked work history.
Caretakers will have full CRB checks carried out on them prior to employment.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and location but will fall in the region of £15-17k.
