We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join an established property in the Aberdeen area.
The role of General Manager will require you to drive the business forward and lead and motivate your team. You will also resume full financial responsibility along with marketing, training and development of staff, recruitment and other day to day operational duties.
To be considered for this General Manager role you MUST come from a volume led restaurant and bar background with emphasise on food. You should also have a good working knowledge of Aberdeen's eating and drinking 'scene' along, with an extremely hands on approach to the role.
The salary on offer is very much dependant upon the relevant experience and suitability of the candidate. There is also a performance bonus on offer.
