My Client is a leader global leader in EPC engineering and design for the offshore oil and gas industry across the globe.
The General Manager will be responsble for :
Managing the design engineering division (upstream oil and gas).
Control the division's expenditures and budgets.
Control the division's resources to maintain customer and company production schedules.
Reviews the division's engineering services for quality, suitability and correctness.
Reviews the division's workload and adjusts manpower requirements accordingly.
Ensures that technical competency of personnel is maintained.
Directs the preparation of division financial reports.
Candidate Requirements :
The General Manager must have the following.
Bachelor of engineering
Professionally qualified
MBA preferred
Project Management Professional preferred.
Must have a minimum of 20 years design engineering experience.
Minimum 10 years offshore oil and gas design engineering experience in an EPC environment.
Must have minimum 10 years management experience
Must have minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Must have excellent management skills and strong leadership qualities.
