Job Role

As a General Manager, you will run the business like your own. This includes
- Financial control of a business worth over £12m per year in sales
- Management of up to 10 senior team (Head of Depts.) reports
- Marketing and PR activity
- Property upkeep and management of hard & soft FM providers
- Development of F&B/Value added proposition
- Retention and development of membership base
- To apply for this role you could come from a retail or hospitality back ground, but must be able to show you have the following:
- A stable CV that show clear progression through your retail or hospitality career and stickablity
- Management of a premium business in a retail or hospitality arena,delivering over £10m PA
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self aware- communication/personal presentation & hygiene important
- Passion for health, wellbeing and fitness product
