We are looking for an experienced General Manager / Branch Manager for this established letting agency.
As General Manager / Branch Manager you will have full responsibility for the service standards, client retention and financial results. You will lead, motivate and manage your staff in addition to winning new business and managing your own portfolio of clients. You will also be creating marketing initiatives and generally driving the business forward.
Due to the autonomy in this role, only candidates who come from a Letting background and have management experience will be considered. You must also have sound financial knowledge along with a proven track record of success and client growth.
In return there is an excellent salary, which is dependant upon both experience and suitability.
