Position Description
The Unit Manager / General Manager at the Sloe Bar is fully accountable for all areas of the business. The bar thrives during peak travel hours, and demands full attention of it's customers during this period. Key responsibility includes:- Unwavering attention to service standards and food delivery- Recruitment, development and motivation of staff- Profit and Loss accountability- Nurturing talent and identifying progression plans- Creating a fun, enjoyable and welcoming bar for customers and staff to enjoy
Required Experience

Key experienc required is:- Ideally a branded restaurant or bar background- Full Profit and Loss control, with evidence of maintaining a profitable unit- Customer Focused management style, with attention to detail,- Dedication to your people, and their development within the organisation- Outgoing and charasmatic personality.
