A proven track record with at least 18 months as a GM in a branded restaurant environment.
A Manager with clear technical and operational abilities in a food led environment.
Passion for good food and great service and capabilities to drive a business whilst maintaining a motivated team.
Self motivation to deliver on targets and devise strategies to improve business performance.
Confidence in people development and training all levels of staff.
A clear understanding of employment law and government guidelines in a food environment.
Drive and ambition to achieve maximum performance.
Personality and charisma allowing ease of guest interaction and gaining staff respect.
