Qualifications & Experience as General Manager
- Good Oral and written English language skills.
- Single site General Manager experience
- Minimum 2 years as a General Manager
- Liquor licence holder / DPS
- Track record of profitable sales growth as a General Manager
Technical Competencies:
- Ability to analyse data to impact profit performance as a General Manager
- Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement training plans as a General Manager
- Setting and maintaining operational standards as a General Manager
Personal Qualities:
- High energy levels and enthusiastic in all that they do
- Sales orientated
- Ambassador … must be able to deal with demanding, articulate customer base as a General Manager
