What we want: This is a fantastic, high profile opportunity for a confident and strong General Manager to take up the challenging task of running this unit.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of sales growth year on year and strong marketing strategies to support this, plus excellent leadership skills demonstrated through people development, training and motivation, with high standards in all areas of the operation and a desire for their unit to be the best.
Previous management experience is essential, ideally within the leisure, retail or hospitality sector.
