Our client is a rapidly growing and exciting hotel group with a number of hotels and conference venues across the UK. They now seek a General Manager for a 3 star hotel with excellent meeting and event facilities set within amazing grounds, with a busy mix of commercial and leisure clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity for sales focused, commercially astute manager who is looking for an appointment as General Manager for a 50+ bed hotel with the highest standards and service levels
Requirements for this role:
·You will currently be a General Manager within a quality hotel
·You will bring an entrepreneurial flair
·You will be a strong manager who motivates and leads a team by example
·You will be commercially minded and financially astute
·You will demonstrate initiative
·You will have hands on management approach and are keen to develop ongoing client relationships
·You thrive on networking and building relationships within the local area
You will have the highest of standards, an eye for detail and ensure service levels are second to none
