Are you seeking a new management opportunity within the social care sector?
A great career opportunity has arisen in the Lancashire for a General Manager to manage and oversee a large residential and nursing service for elderly clients with dementia, mental health and physical issues. This service undergoing redevelopment and will be expanding further in the near future.
Your main responsibilities will include providing leadership and management support to the Registered Manager and the staff team, develop a plan for managing the significant changes that will occur within service, conduct regular audits and compile quality audit reports. Other duties include liasing with CQC and ensure quality assurance is implemented across the service, promote and develop harmonious and effective relationships and ensure all aspects of service are covered and are maintained to highest standard.
Ideally you will be a strong leader, confident, person centred and passionate person with strong values. You must hold 1st level nurse qualification and have management experience, qualifications and understanding of working at a similar level.
