My client is a market leader in providing food and a range of selected support services to customers.
The Role
This role is to manage all of the retail catering operations at a new build hospital. Reporting to a operations manager, your experience and expertise will be maximized to the fullest.
As General Retail Catering Manager you will be managing the contracts in both areas of sales growth and profitability, balancing the needs and expectations of customers, staff and client. Maintaining GPs, stringent cost control and monitoring expenditure is absolutely pivotal to this role.
The Person
Managing a high volume retail catering operation at senior manager level is essential, ideally from a multi unit environment. With a solid financial background the right candidate will have demonstrable skills in managing and maintaining budgets and controlling P&L accounts along with being adept at managing and motivating teams of staff!!!
Client liaison and business development will be a large focus of this role, so the ideal candidate will possess an even temperament and excellent communication skills!!
