Job Role

As store manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the store including full profit and loss accountability, recruitment, stock control and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved throughout the store.
You will have experience of overseeing a multi-product, multi million pound store. Your focus will be service and achieving high standards of merchandising and training and development of the team.
A business that is bucking the trend and continues to expand across east Anglia and the northern home counties.
a base salary of up to £30000 plus car and benefits dependent on experience

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
