We have temporary positions available with a large international financial services company based in their landmark building in Kemp Town, Brighton.
Our Client is looking for Fluent German speakers responsible for both Inbound and outbound call to their Business Travel Clients. Responsibilities include:
*The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent service to all Business Travel Clients.
* Providing a central point of contact for our Corporate clients and 1st Contact resolution on enquiries.
*Responsible for resolving disputes enquiries.
*Maximise the collection activity on all overdue, adhering to Risk policy
*Ensuring clients are re-educated and non-compliant payment processing is addressed.
*Maintain financial integrity of all accounts.
*Maintain and build excellent working relationships with our Corporate Clients, Relationship Management, Travel Agents and TAR, through clear communication, (including conference calls).
Previous call centre experience preferably. You need to be a problem solver/ technical minded.
There will be classroom training + role play training, call listening and training on the job after initial classroom learning.
