A leading supplier of cleaning and maintenance products to the automotive market are now recruiting for a GERMAN speaking ,Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager/ Field Sales Manager
Basic startingsalary of £20K + Company car + other benefits ,with regular salary reviews during training from 6months to first 2 years which will see your salary rising to a basic of £35k , with a bonus of up to £15k per year. when fully trained .

The role of the Regional Business Manager is to have responsibility for looking after a number of Franchisees by ensuring business development plans are agreed and met across a full range of new and existing businesses. Your responsibilities will include;

Field Sales Training and Sales Skills
Presentations
General Management
People Management

There will be a focused training plan during the programme , which will include Classroom training , Courses , On Job training , Field Training , One to one mentoring etc.
