German speaking Inside Sales Executives - Cork - €60,000

Our client, based in fantastic, modern offices in Cork, southern Ireland, is a world leading IT software development company.

To increase sales of their software contracts (new and renewals) to their German speaking business markets (DACH), they wish to recruit German speaking Inside Sales Executives.

Working within an international team of sales account managers and executives, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to businesses in the DACH region
• Build and maintain a sales strategy and constant client base
• Submit accurate weekly sales forecasts
• Manage all sales leads in a timely manner
• Engage with channel Partners to close sales
• Create strong business relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Update and maintain customer database
• Recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer’s requirements

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following skills and background:

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
• Have previous sales experience, preferably in a technical sales or outbound call environment
• Be very motivated by sales targets
• Be able to demonstrate telephone sales experience dealing with B2B customers
• Have excellent negotiation, communication and customer service skills
• Ideally be a graduate or equivalent vocational experience

On offer is a basic salary of €30,000 - €36,000 + commission (OTE of €50,000 - €60,000 which is GUARANTEED in the first 3 months of the job!) + excellent benefits, career development and work environment.
