Your profile
To be a Graduate Commercial Property Sales Executive you will be educated to degree level (or the equivalent) you will be well spoken, articulate, you will be presentable for client visits and you will be professional at all times. The ideal Graduate Commercial Property Sales Executive will have a minimum of 6 months sales experience preferably dealing with business clients, you will have experience of generating your own leads, developed new client relationships and managed your own clients creating your own client portfolio. In addition, you must have excellent rapport building skills and naturally a sociable person able to communicate at all levels. To be a successful Graduate Commercial Property Sales Executive you will have an outgoing personality, you will be self-motivated, hard-working, driven and motivated by money and success.
The role
As a commercial sales executive you will be involved with developing new client relationships by networking, generating your own leads, recommendations & referrals. In addition to building new relationships you will also manage your own client portfolio, so your role will be a combination of new business & account management. You will be part of a very busy sales team which is located in the very trendy part of London, London Bridge. You must enjoy working at a past face and being constantly busy as this role will require a certain amount of stamina!
