The Role
This Graduate Customer Service Executive / Client Relationship Manager is a varied one, with your role taking on responsibility of your own clients. You will take on and manage enquiries, offering client support and be first point of contact for over 250 company clients. In the role of Graduate Customer Service Executive / Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for introducing yourself to new clients, and build strong relationships with them, by offering them advice and support throughout. You will also take part in general administration including, processing time sheets and tax releases.
