Initially, you will join a structured 2 year graduate development programme which gives you the opportunity to work in different areas of our business to really help you understand what we do. We will give you the chance to get involved with some challenging and stimulating projects – including contributing to our ongoing work around sustainable procurement - and encourage you to develop your skills, knowledge and contacts. You will be expected to achieve or have already achieved a good honours degree in any discipline. You will need to be flexible to work from different locations during the development programme, including potentially some time in our Essex & Suffolk Water operating areas so a full UK driving licence is required.You will need to be motivated to make the most of opportunities and to take responsibility for your own career.
