Graduate Development Programme - Supply Chain Management - Based initially in Durham but will be required to work at various locations in the North East of England

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to develop a career within supply chain management and to achieve professional qualification.

Initially, you will join a structured 2 year graduate development programme which gives you the opportunity to work in different areas of our business to really help you understand what we do. We will give you the chance to get involved with some challenging and stimulating projects – including contributing to our ongoing work around sustainable procurement - and encourage you to develop your skills, knowledge and contacts.

What are we looking for? A strong confident communicator, both verbal and written, you will have an aptitude for analysing and manipulating data and a flair for negotiating. You will be expected to achieve or have already achieved a good honours degree in any discipline. You will need to be flexible to work from different locations during the development programme, including potentially some time in our Essex & Suffolk Water operating areas so a full UK driving licence is required.You will need to be motivated to make the most of opportunities and to take responsibility for your own career.
