Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT and Finance Recruitment
£20k Basic, OTE 1st yr 50k, 2nd yr £80k plus + (Uncapped Commission)

The Role
Specialised Recruitment Consultancy is seen by many as the pinnacle of the sales industry where potential earnings and career progression are second to none. A Recruitment Consultant is the middle person between candidates and clients and is not only responsible for business development, generating high calibre candidates but also the delivery of the deal. With all these aspects of the job, a typical day is very varied, high tempo and extremely challenging.

The average Consultant will earn £35k in their first year and between £60 and £80k in their second.
