Job Purpose
As a Training Officer, you will take responsibility for the effective delivery of our bespoke IT software product training to customers. You will also be involved in running internal employee development workshops
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering classroom training to our customers
- Coordinating and providing internet based DMS (Dealer Management System) product training
- Maintaining and updating the Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) product
- Provision of internal employee development training workshops
- Training course development
Skills and experienceThe successful candidate will have:
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to build rapport, and interact with people at all levels
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Strong team playing skills and the ability to work alone on own initiative
- An interest in the motor trade is highly desirable
- Previous training experience is desirable, but not essential
