The Role - Graduate New Business Executive
We are looking for bright, energetic and engaging university graduates or persons of graduate calibre who are seeking an exciting role, with excellent career progression. In return we can offer high earnings and a training programme that will not only underwrite your success with Barclaycard, but set you up for a career in the finance sector.
Based around the main towns and cities across England and Wales this offers the perfect environment for both work and socialising. Joining with a team of likeminded people you must be articulate, numerical and with a good understating or desire to learn more about the finance industry and in particular the Payment Acceptance market. As a Graduate New Business Executive you will be the initial contact for Barclaycards new SME clients, therefore strong client facing skills are essential.
Specific requirements:
- Must be educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Persuasive Personality
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Passion for business
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
