The company has a thriving Legal Recruitment division which is looking for an trainee Researcher to work with its highly experienced recruitment consultant who specialises in working at Associate level with top level UK law firms. This role is seen to be crucial to the next phase of development for the UK Practice recruitment team.It will involve extensive market mapping, identifying and approaching suitable candidates and keeping the team abreast of new developments in the Legal market. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will progress to be a recruitment consultant within around a year. To be of interest you must have a graduate with some recent business to business sales experience. Idealy you will also have some knowledge of the Legal sector. The base salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £25k and will be complemented with a commission structure and comprehensive benefits package..
