Due to expansion, we have a number of roles available for Graduate Sales Executives. Successful candidates will join a provider of Consultative Sales and Marketing services to the Enterprise Technology sector. Their Clients are high value IT Companies offering bespoke Technology solutions to strategic business issues.
This is an opportunity for a Graduate to develop a career in Consultative Selling. You will embark on the company's 5 stage in house training programme, accredited and endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, resulting in a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management. This is recognised within the industry and is achievable within 2 years of commencement.
Initially, the role is an internal, telephone based consultative sales position. As you progress, you will learn account and customer relationship management skills.
Daily activities include:
*Contacting FTSE 250/European Top 1000 organisations, identifying senior decision makers and holding high level consultative conversations to determine problems, pains and challenges with regard to the processes within their businesses
*Producing high-quality sales opportunity reports detailing prospect requirements for customer accounts
*Management of a sales opportunity pipeline, ensuring a balance between quantity and quality is achieved
*Gathering and reporting on business and market intelligence, industry trends and economic movements within all relevant markets
As you progress the role will become more varied with the opportunity to visit and work more closely with key accounts. Long term you could be heading up your own team of Customer Accounts and Sales Executives.

Salary: 27,500 per annum OTE (20k basic + uncapped commission) Rising to 32,000 per annum OTE (25k basic + car allowance after approx. 12 months dependant on achievement)
