The Programme
Ours is a 2 year programme and from day one, your responsibilities will be varied and demanding.To help you get up to speed as quickly as possible, you will be based in one of our five key business areas, but as part of your development you will experience life in the other areas.

As well as providing customers with a great customer experience, you’ll be marketing our business, selling our services and liaising with a broad spectrum of business partners and suppliers - not to mention all the usual day-to-day stuff, like office management, administration and keeping our car parks clean safe and working!
Our graduate programme will introduce you to the many different aspects of our business and you’ll be given responsibility at an early stage within your chosen area of work so you can quickly demonstrate what you are made of!
Executive Assistant x 2 - Based in Birmingham but travel across the Country required
An amazing opportunity for a ‘go getter’ to work in a commercial environment where adding value is paramount.
The role will be working for an MD and liaising with a senior operations management team and undertaking project work which will involve internal and external interface, budgetary control and assisting the senior team with co-ordinating large projects which will include financial analysis and maintaining data on the many activities taking place.
The ideal candidate for the role will be a graduate with a 2.1 degree or higher in any degree subject.You will be able to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects seeing them through to successful completion. Leadership and communication skills are therefore important, while an entrepreneurial spirit is an absolute must.
But above all, you’ll be somebody who’s hungry to succeed because if it’s success you’re looking for there really isn’t a better place to be….
The Package
You will need to be flexible in your base as this could be anywhere across the UK and in return you can expect:
•A fixed term two year contract with the possibility of a permanent position at the end;
•Salary in the region of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
