As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycles. The role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client sales and management.
Applications are invited from first class graduates who posses a minimum of 6 months b2b sales experience or previous exposure to the recruitment sector. You will be highly professional with solid communication and presentation skills and able demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire to achieve.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 18k with an uncapped OTE of 45-55k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
