Position- Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal for ’08-9’ Graduates
Sector- IT and Banking Recruitment
Location- City of London, Near Bank
Salary- £22,500k basic plus uncapped commission- 1st year OTE £40-50k, 2nd year £80k+
Incentives- Holidays (last year Barbados, year before Miami- fully paid), watches (includes Rolex), Car scheme split into 3 bands (rising to Porsche) and monthlylunches at Michelin Restaurants.
Training- Full training is provided both in the form of training academy and one- on- one training. (Training is ongoing).

The Role
You will effectively run your own business. You will be responsible for building up your own portfolio of clients and candidates over time. You will need to win business and bring in the best candidates on an ongoing business. The role is very fast paced, exciting and varied so no 2 days are the same!
The Candidate
You will be a recent graduate with a desire and passion to hit targets and earn good money. You will therefore be extremely hard working and motivated individual. Working in a sales environment you will of course need a resilient and energetic personality and be able to get on with others (both candidates and clients.
