Our client, a leading investment bank, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Graduate and Campus Recruiter to join their Human Resources function working with their Client Relationship Teams.
The Senior Graduate and Campus Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment across the investment banking business areas in the hiring of full-time analyst and associates.
The Graduate and Campus Recruiter will be responsible for:
- The full recruitment life cycle for graduate and campus recruitment
- Candidate management in the application system
- Screening all applications
- Conducting telephone interviews and organising assessment days
- Arranging and attending campus events
- Relationship development with universities across UK and Europe
- Supporting the internship programmes
- Managing a Recruitment Coordinator
The Senior Graduate and Campus Recruiter will have demonstrable experience in graduate and campus recruitment within an investment bank completing all above duties across a variety of business areas and levels. Exposure to EuropeanUniversities and fluency in a European language would elevate your application above others.
