Salary: £14,000 (40k OTE Uncapped)

We are currently seeking a Lettings Agent to work as part of an experienced sales team in an exciting and fast-growing business. The primary responsibility a lettings agent is to engage with clients executives in order to generating new business revenue.
In partnership with an experienced Lettings Agent, a Sales Associate will work to achieve both personal and combined goals and offer support in closing business. Substantial investment will be made in sales-skills development through this partnership, and by way of formal and classroom training.
A successful candidate will possess:

* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* The ability to present self professionally and intelligently to prospects/members - able to create and deliver convincing arguments and build rapport and credibility quickly with senior executives
* Well established organisation, multitasking and prioritisation skills

* Refined judgement
* High levels of motivation and drive to over-achieve, relating to both team and individual targets and goals
* 0 years experience in specific field/position/industry
* A Bachelors degree, 2:2 and above in any discipline
