GROUPAGE FREIGHT WARHOUSE MANAGER – Freight Forwarding & Warehousing
Offering a salary of circa £35,000 per annum
We are currently working with a Freight Forwarding organisation who are seeking to recruit a GROUPAGE FREIGHT WAREHOUSE MANAGER to manage and run a busy 24/7 Transport & European Roadfreight warehouse facility in Birmingham.
The role requires a WAREHOUSE MANAGER who has gained extensive experience of working in a busy, past paced and ever changing Warehouse facility, which also operates as a UK Hub. With a high turn over of European Trailer Freight Imports and Exports, Seafreight and Airfreight deliveries for trunking etc this position requires a Warehouse Manager who has previously worked in the Freight Forwarding industry sector.
Working to tight schedules and timescales, with staff across various shift patterns the successful candidate for the role of GROUPAGE FREIGHT WAREHOUSE MANAGER will need to have strong managerial experience, an ability to motivate staff and lead by example, be forward thinking and always striving to introduce new incentives and work practise to increase the warehouse efficiency and reduce duplication and work force costs.
