Highly successful, rapidly expanding tour operator, offering holidays to wide variety destinations urgently requires an experienced Groups Specialist Consultant to join their reservations team.
As a Groups Specialist you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
*Booking all aspects of travel including package holidays, tailor-made, etc…
*Up-selling and adding on of ancillary products including car hire, insurance, airport parking, etc…
*Experience in dealing with the public by telephone
*Processing efficiently all reservations
*Ensure all bookings are dealt with accurately
*Administration duties required to complete bookings
Groups Specialist remuneration package:
*Basic salary from £16000 + commission
*21 days holiday plus public/bank holidays
Groups Specialist skill attributes:
*Previous experience of working within a tour operator
*Knowledge of dealing with group bookings
*Excellent sales technique supported by evidence of previous performance
*Confident and enthusiastic
*Credibility when discussing travel options
*Hard working and good team player
