In an ideal scenario we are looking for a candidate who has a well grounded HR generalist background with experience across EMEA coupled with advanced excel skills to manipulate HR data based around headcount metrics and reserves from within SAP.
The essential skills are a high level working knowledge of excel to include v-look and pivot tables, charts and graphs, demonstrable knowledge around SAP and knowledge of HR metric values. You will also have had experience in reporting on head count following restructuring activity and linking this back through finance into the reserves.
The client is looking for a candidate who can start ASAP and commit until July 2010.
