HR ADMINISTRATOR - RETAIL - WEST YORKSHIRE
My client is a a successful national High Street retailer who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for their Warehouse and Logistics side of the business.
- Recruitment of all warehouse operatives, adhering to all relevant codes of practice.
- Ensure the administration of all HR procedures for positions within Logistics are completed in a timely manner, sending out offer letters, contracts, salary increases and promotion notifications.
- Responsible for absence management across the Logistics function, giving support and advice to line managers on a daily basis.
- To support the HR Officer with investigation, disciplinary and appeal hearings and taking notes
- Ensure all probationary reviews are conducted, giving support and advice where needed and ensuing all administration processes are completed.
- To be responsible for the AWOL procedure across Logistics and Retail. Ensure managers and HR Officers are kept up to date and liase with payroll dept regarding leavers or sick notes etc.
- Assist with administration of all issues relating to maternity, paternity, adoption and retirement within Logistics. To include the completion and receipt of all relevant documentation and liaison with relevant Managers
- To liase with the payroll department to ensure all Logistics paperwork is completed in a timely manner. E.g. new starters, leavers, change of details.
- To identify employee’s age related salary increases, providing the relevant information to the payroll department and store management.
- Provide references for all employee’s and leavers and ensure that logistics personnel files are updated as required.
