HR Shared Services Administrator

As a HR Shared Services Administrator you will need to provide a proactive, timely and efficient front line HR support facility to the business. You will be responsible for all administrative duties and payroll queries. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in various upcoming projects.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  • All transactional processes
  • Basic HR processes; starters, leavers, movers
  • Contracts of employment and starter packs
  • Maintenance of staff records and compiling data reports for Management
  • Right to work compliance
  • Payroll administration and query response
  • Benefit administration and research projects including annual benchmarking
  • Administrative support forfunction
  • Delivery of Induction and HRIS training
  • Managing work experience applications to achieve long term relationships
  • HR data input / HRIS maintenance
  • Support with Employee Engagement Survey
  • Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience within an HR administrative role.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have competent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook and Excel
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
