| | About this job My client is a NHS organisation based in Essex who have an opportunity for an HR advisor to work on an interim basis for 3 months within this leading organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in delivering and assisting with the provision of performance management reviews, employee relations issues (absence management, disciplinary and grievances), conduct competency based interviews and ensures that training and development needs are dealt with in a timely manner
The candidate will be ideally of graduate calibre and be CIPD Qualified. It is essential that you have experience at HR Advisor level. Excellent communication skills are essential and you will ideally be available immediately for interview and to start.
