An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR generalist, with strong recent experience in recruitment.
In addition to working with managers in a defined sector of this vibrant college to develop and implement HR strategy, you will make a significant contribution to the review and development of the College recruitment systems, policy and practice and to training for managers to support the changes.
You will have the experience of working in a web optimised recruitment environment and building employer brand through effective local and national recruitment advertising and PR campaigns.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally you will be a CIPD qualified professional, but we are also willing to consider applicants who can demonstrate strong experience gained in a progressive and professional environment.
