HR Officer – Excellent Opportunity Stand Alone site
role with Regional support
Our client is a leading professional services
organisation with 3 sites in the Eastern Region.Due to internal promotion they now require an
experienced HR Advisor to join their office in Cambridge and take on a stand alone full
generalist position.
With a site headcount of 100 staff mostly professional
and high achieving people you will provide support and advice to the management
team and directors ensuring best practice in HR across the site.You will provide support and advice to
managers on ER issues, lead and manage complex disciplinary, manage recruitment
for the site including graduate and experienced hires often recruiting for rare
skill sets.Working in conjunction with
2 other sites you will provide support during holidays, absence and project
work.
You will also ensure that training needs are met and
play a key role in defining compensation policy and structure.
The ideal candidate will be used to working in a
business partner approach, ideally of degree calibre and be CIPD part
qualified/qualified.This is an
excellent opportunity for an experienced HR officer who is looking for more
autonomy and the opportunity to get involved in project work.
