HR Advisor - £26,000 - £30,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional within our client’s retail company.
The role of the HR Advisor will be to support the managers in all areas of the business, making sure that all employees have the skills and support they need.
Responsibilities will include recruitment, career development and resolving disputes.
To be considered for this role you will have a background within either the retail or hospitality industries and ideally be CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
Job Scope:
Responsible for:-
§Supporting the management team to drive increased engagement
§Supporting the service culture in conjunction with Service and line managers
§Facilitating the development of the management team to maximise potential
§Supporting the Manager with succession planning and performance management
§Supporting line managers to integrate new employees
§Facilitating the development of teams through LDF
§Providing information and analysis and identifying solutions to improve business performance
§Supporting employee relations issues and ensuring teams are treated in line with company values
§Being a champion of diversity and change
§Ensuring legal compliance to statutory training requirements
§Driving accurate deployment of teams in conjunction with the General Manager
§Supporting store recruitment to meet operational needs
§Ensuring accurate and effective administration of payroll and managing the staff cost process
§Ensuring that all other HR processes operate in accordance to policy and procedures through effective leadership of the HR team
Key Requirements for the job :
·Experience of working in a commercial organisation
·Proven track record in HR
·Understanding and application of employment law
·Proven track record of managing change
·PC Literacy
