I am looking for a tenacious HR Advisor who has the perfect combination of being strong with staff where needed and being approachable. You will have worked in HR for a minimum of 3 years, at least 1 of these years must be in an advisory capacity.
You will be:
* Checking policies and procedures and amending where necessary
* Coordinating training programmes for staff
* Dealing with logistics and check in times for staff
* Recruitment for both on and off shore staff
You need to be a determined worker who is looking for a career in HR, you will be working with the HR Director and will therefore be responsible for a great deal of work.
