HR Reward/ Policy Advisor - Stevenage - up to £42,000pa
This role combines your generalist HR skills, including strong case management and knowledge of employment law, with your passion for developing and project managing reward policies. The role will pull on your experience of managing pay reviews, introducing salary banding, and incentive schemes, together with your exposure to managing and supporting line managers on ER cases.
You will be a strong all round generalist, with strengths in remuneration, project management, case management and a wizard on excel spreadsheets.
