Organization
Progressive Australian business is seeking a dedicated analyst to work within the HR team looking at process mapping and writing manuals and procedures. Based within the large Shared Services Division in central Melbourne, this position is due to commence immediately.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for;
- Ensuring the maintenance of process mapping, procedure manuals
- Updating of company position profiles
- Maintenance of forms
- Allocation of work
- Reporting on business results
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will have experience in working both in an analytical accounting position with exposure to HR. You will have excellent excel skills and a strong eye for detail, along with experience in writing manuals and procedure's and maintaining documentation.
